Most planners give you thick paper or a full year — not both. Tomoe River is thin enough to hold 528 daily pages in a book 20 mm deep, and still takes fountain pen ink without bleeding through.
The same 528 pages on ordinary planner stock would need about half again as much room.
A 3.7 mm universal grid — small enough for two lines of handwriting in a day block, big enough to actually write in. It runs edge to edge on every page, so the layout never fights you.

No local brand was making a planner on this paper, so we made one. Everything is chosen for how it behaves after six months in a bag — the sewn spine that opens flat, the greige cover that hides fingerprints, the grid that works for lists, notes, and everything in between.
